Buddy Brew is a Specialty Coffee Craft Roaster with a crazy passion to Brew Good and Do Good. We believe coffee should be extraordinary. We believe in challenging the status quo. Our coffee is carefully selected from famers who diligently grow and process the beans to their highest quality. We treat those beans with tremendous care by artfully hand roasting each bean to its individual perfection. We believe coffee is best enjoyed when it is freshly roasted and meticulously prepared. We believe in creating exceptional coffees and building community while we're at it.
Roast profile and coffee is the most important thing we do here. It'super important that we're creating an individual profile for each bean depending on its origin. It's all about the application of heat over time. Air flow is the key element of roasting coffee. So we always apply heat at the middle of a roast and we apply a lot of heat at the end of the roast. It allows us to take that coffee and just dial in the flavor and the recipe for the roasting process. We cup them back to those two cupping specs and then we judge the coffee. Is this a coffee that fits into our portfolio of coffees? So it's our goal to roast the coffee in a way that brings out all of those nuances and amazing characteristics that are there. So when we share that coffee with a customer, they get exactly what we wanted them to have. That's how we ensure the quality is always going to be there, at least from a roasted bean standpoint.
