The Xanthoudakis Family would like to invite you to their popular downtown Eatery, the Samaria Cafe in Tampa, FL. The restaurant was inspired by the beautiful Samaria Gorge and National Park in Steve's native island of Crete.
The food is hot, plentiful and good and every dish is a labor of love. Our first priority is to treat our customers as they would be treated as they come to my home. Eftikios and Georgia San Futakis own and run the Samaria Cafe in downtown Tampa. They opened the restaurant in September of 2009. I make sure that they get the quality service and everything fresh. The cafe is named after the famous Gorge and National Park in Crete, Greece where Eftikios is sprung. He's been cooking for 25 years and he loves it. The food we serve here, my priority, my passion is to have a clean place. Quality of the food is my main priority and a great service. And that's one of the things you'll notice right off the bat when you walk in the door. It's the service. There is always a smile on Georgia's face. My personality of course and I say welcome to paradise. And just the way I treat everybody, The couple from Safety Harbor close their long time restaurant there and open up a new location in downtown Tampa. They're open seven days a week and offer the taste buds some very tempting breakfast treats. Our omelets are this thick. I mean, no one can top our omelets. We're very, very fresh. There'some of the affetada. It's an open omelet with everything on top. It's a taste of Greece with a smile in downtown Tampa.
