Today's tip, we're going to make some iced coffee. A great thing to do if you've got leftover coffee from your morning pot, then you can put it in an airtight container in your fridge. It will last about three to four days. So don'throw that coffee out, use it for iced coffee. So the first thing you're going to do is add your iced coffee to some crushed ice. I'm actually going to make a brevet this morning. And so this one, since I'm using coffee instead of espresso, I'm going to do about half coffee and half, half and half to make a nice creamy coffee. Now after I add my coffee, I'd I've got some caramel here. This is a syrup that we made. You can watch another video on how to do that. I'm going to add about a shot of caramel syrup. And then I'm going to fill up my glass the rest of the way with half and half. And that will give me a delicious creamy coffee to enjoy while I'm social distancing. Cheers! Join us next time.
