Today I'm going to show you my favorite way to brew an AeroPress. I'm going to go ahead and pour all of the 160 grams of water immediately to start my process. Once I've got all 160 grams in, I'll go ahead and give it a good stir to make sure all of my coffee is really evenly wetted. Then I'll put my lid on to make sure that I keep all the heat in. Now that we're at that one minute mark, we'll go ahead and take off this paper filter, scrape off some of the surface oil, flip it up on top of our decanter here, very gently press down.
