I'm about to head inside to Hello Robin, one of my favorite dessert places in Seattle. They specialize in homemade cookies and also making ice cream sandwiches out of the cookies. Come inside with me. Hello Robin has the best cookie I've ever tasted. It's called Orange, a Baranero chocolate chip cookie. It has a perfect balance of heat and sweet. It's a must try. These are the various ice cream flavors they have. If you want to get the cookies as an ice cream sandwich, you can get them as a whole. They call it a sandwich. This one is a full. I have an orange, Baranero chocolate chip cookie. They call it a mac-less, s'more cookie, which is a s'more cookie. In an ice cream called, this is what's called an open face. I got these, the single cookie with ice cream. I got the self-made Baranero scotch cookie with the vanilla bean ice cream. Now I'm going to try both of these. The first sandwich is called as the open face. This is the ice cream. Delicious. This is a cookie. Really good. This is the open face. Now a bit of cream with the chocolate. Let's get this cookie.
