How are you doing guys? I'm going to show First we're going to start off by setting up our ice in this special ice tray. Here we have holes at the bottom so that the water drains down and we don't have excess water in our sample cups. So once we have this set up, we're going to put half of it crushed ice and the other half is cubed. That way when we go get our ice, we're going to get some from the middle here so we have a good combination of the two. When this is set up, we're going to set up our sample cups with half and half of the ice. We're going to put our ice in our sample cups here. These are special sample cups for Lee's coffee. Next we're going to put our coffee in there. We're going to make a good sample cup for the customer. We're going to put one third of it in there so that the customer gets a good taste of the coffee. We want to try to keep the coffee below the line so that they get a good sample and it's not too strong and they'ready for them to enjoy.
