Our xurros are made from a classic xurro recipe that originated in Spain. The dough and house drinking chocolate is made from scratch daily. All xurros are made to order fried at 180 celcious (hence the name =-) we will have some specials seasonally! We proudly serve Local Roasting Co coffee, as well as Steve Smith teas. We offer locally sourced and made hazelnut and soy milk Our house xocolata is made with Cocanú artesanal chocolate by our in-house chocolatier Sebastian Cisneros. we please ask for a 24-hour notice required for orders of 4 dozen+ (please email or order via CAVIARPDX)
