Crema: A coffee and bakery establishment.
Colin Jones, Cremacoffee & Bakery, Portland, Oregon. We first started working with rock services about 10 years ago and at that point were working on a shoestring We had old equipment and bought used where we could and kept things going as best we could on a budget and rocks was really helpful with that. They could identify our needs and help us save money where we needed to without overselling and trying to sell at the farm every single time they came out to fix a fridge. And as we grew were able to obviously upgrade purchase better equipment newer stuff and rocks was always there to help us with purchasing and inspections and all those kinds of things and then we eventually could afford the regular service contract and all of our equipment is under contract with rocks now and they come out quarterly to maintain everything and we don't have equipment failures anymore. I mean if you can afford that contract it's definitely worth every dollar that you put into it. Also being contracted that rocks knows all our equipment all their techs know exactly what we have they have the parts they have everything they need to service our equipment and they are right there ready to help us whenever we need it but we're never worried about stuff failing on a Friday afternoon when usually you try and call techs and it's Whatever stage of business your restaurant is in whether you're starting out and really need to keeping your equipment running on a shoestring or you've grown to the point where now you can afford the you know premi I definitely recommend them for any other restaurant owner.
