Hi, I'm Bob Myers and I'm at my latest crush the heirloom Bakery and Hearth in Brookside on 63rd Street. There's a very exciting Renaissance going on all along 63rd Street east of Brookside. My client, John Hoffman and Lance Carlton are building a 23 unit apartment building which is going to increase the foot traffic in this area. And my good friend Butch Rigby has bought several commercial buildings and he's putting in all types of new exciting commercial developments. There's a great mid-century modern little bank building. It's very much a googie architecture that's going to be a new coffee shop. And Butch is just completing the Brookside Garden Event Center which they're already booking weddings and special events.
