Crows Coffee

Zach Morris is a former E student and owner of Crows Coffee. My first location is South Plaza. I opened my second location in Waldo and then I just opened my third location at Red Bridge on March 23rd of this year. His journey at ESA was not an easy one. Due to a behavior disorder he was placed in special ed classes with children with disabilities. Throughout his journey he made it through college and eventually landed a job which allowed him to travel to multiple cities in the United States. Every city that I was in I found the local coffee shop and kind of befriended the baristas. Sometimes the other local patrons in the shop and it was kind of, it felt So wherever I traveled because I was gone for almost 250 days a year so it was my only place I could have that felt So I took a little road trip and kind of was at the bottom of the Grand Canyon by myself and just decided one day I wanted to open a coffee shop. In early 2014 I was approved with a business loan but it did take me about another six months to actually build out the space and I had never done anything to that scale as far as construction before. But I had hired a general contractor and we got all the work completed and I opened in July, July 2nd of 2014. If you would have asked me four years ago when I opened my doors if I would have had three coffee shops and a bakery right now I would not have believed you.
