The Vicerey Cafe is a little small cafe in the Vicerey building and we serve a lot of people that work downtown. There's a lot of professionals down there. The Vicerey Cafe is a downtown institution in Augusta. People love it. They've been going there for years and we sought them out. They were the people that went to bring the same experience over to the east side of Augusta in Ballard. And when they came over and they saw the opportunity, they thought it was a perfect extension of what they do. People are excited to have us here and we're excited to be here. I think people have been without a cafe in this building for so long that they've adapted and come with their coffee and oh jeez, we've got a cafe we can go to now. People want to be able to have something to eat within that building. And so the idea was who could we bring in here that would be able to not only serve the need of just providing food and coffee and those types of things, but also would provide the sort of downtown vibe that we're looking for in that building. Because it may not seem There's a lot of foot traffic in here now with the doctor's offices that are here. Kind of We're right here in the lobby and so once everybody walks in, it's right here for them to utilize.
