Piattello Italian Kitchen

My food philosophy really stems from what I call from scratch kitchen and that is really all drives from making everything possible in the kitchen and in the house. When people come into my restaurant, n Piazzello is an Italian restaurant and we're using as many local ingredients as we can and the freshest ingredients that we can. Once you experience food that's homemade and quality product driven, I think there's a huge difference there. Take great pride in making our own pasta, making our own cheeses, making our own pizza dough. Everything we do, we touch it with our hands and we make it and that's our philosophy at Piazzello. Along with the restaurant, we also have a craft coffee bar covering so we have partnered with Avoca Coffee Roasters to kind of capture some of that local artisan craftsmanship. Our thought process with this cafe is to add that kind of third wave coffee house element where you can enjoy really classic Italian based espresso drinks with light pastries and things It's very rewarding to make it all in-house and prepare it from a raw ingredient to a finished plate.
