We are a professional wrestler in Philadelphia. Since then we've been around for 76 years and us Marnins have owned it for 10 now. We are absolutely known for our steak sandwiches. They are made in the Italian way, which is with bread sauce. It's a twist from traditional filly steak sandwiches. You can still offer traditional Philadelphia steak sandwiches, but we are known for having bread sauce and vegetable options on our sandwiches. I've been here since I was 14 years old. I've worked here a long time, something I know very well, I know how to do it very well. My wife works here, she's been here for 5 or 6 years now. She's just something that was destined to happen from the start. We see a lot of regular customers, it really makes us happy. We've come to know people very personally that come in, costars. They come in 2 or 3 or 4 times a week, whether that's the lunch or dinner, or without their families. It's very personal, we get to know people very well. It's the quality of our food. We're making all our burgers in-house, our sausage in-house, meatballs in-house, it'something a lot of restaurants aren't doing. I understand why, it takes a lot of time and it's really hard. It's hard to get the staff together to do it. It's hard to stay consistent on it. When you come in the first time and you eat a great meal, you're going to come back and get the same great meal. Consistency is really what we pride ourselves on as well. What are you grabbing? What are you getting made for you? What are you making for yourself? A sandwich or what dish? I usually do a Queen's Day. I love doing Queen's Day with some fries or something That's kind of You can make some other stuff out of your house, but you really can't get a steak sandwich anywhere.
