Welcome to the Authentic Cafu00e9 YouTube channel. Today I'm here with Rajiv again. Rajiv is the founder of Authentic Cafu00e9 and we are calling from a different place. We are recording this video from San Francisco, North Beach and where we are today Rajiv? We are at a shelf called Ravel Cafu00e9 here in North Beach, San Francisco. There are five of these now in the Bay Area. That's very nice. That's very nice. And why did you decide to have this place on your website? Yeah, absolutely. So I think there's three very important criteria. The first one is presentation and for the rules of Certificato Italiano, the cappuccino has to be served in a six ounce cup with a saucer and a spoon. How will you mix your sugar into the cappuccino without a spoon? And then the saucer, it protects, if you drip the coffee, it falls on the saucer, not on the floor, not on the table. So all of these are what make it an authentic cappuccino. That's very nice. And what about the roast? Why do you think this is a gift coffee? That's a good stress on your opinion. Absolutely. Let me take a taste of this first. So, Ravel, they actually source the beans and roast it here in San Francisco. They have five coffee shops in the Bay Area. But what makes this very unique is it's not a dark roast, it's a light roast. It's a light roast sourced using Arabica coffee beans, but it's very good. Oh, that's very nice. Can I have a seat? Just lost so little. Thank you. Give it a shot. Sure. It's velvety, silky texture of the steamed milk. It shouldn't be frothy, foamy. It should be silky and velvety, which it is. And I can taste the espresso, which has a very good balance. That's very nice. That's very nice that you're explaining all of that to me and also to the people watching this video on our channel, Rajik. What do you think about the atmosphere of this coffee place?
