This week's Ajax Tech Tip video, we are showing you not how to cook mess, but some things you can grab from your household and use in the shop. So first thing we have here, we have just a regular pie pan. And so what these are very handy for, you put this with some oil in here, you need to pre-soak your clutches. So throw some oil in here, throw your clutches in here and as you're putting them in the bike, they're already soaked. Right here we have a heating plate. This is great for getting bearings and things out of, say a swing arm. So because when steel is in al So if you use a heating plate So this is going to make that heat up evenly. So pretty handy there. Of course, zip lock bags, store your nuts and bolts in there, especially if you're down for a while. Keep things from getting lost, of course. Have rubber gloves, got to keep your hands clean. You're going to clean air filters or whatnot. Rubber gloves are awesome. These are nice Pyrex measuring cups. Don't steal those from your wife, she'll get mad, promise me. But some measuring cups can help you for your fluid levels and things Make sure you get that spot on. You can buy those specifically made. That already have ratios and things But if you don't, some regular measuring cups are awesome for that. Here we have a Scotch Brite pad. So with Scotch Brite, you have many uses for this. You can clean up the bike with it, clean up your boots with it. One of the really neat things you can do with this, make your bike look brand new, use this on the frame and on the exhaust pipe, the header. Nice and some of that when you wash your bike down, makes that frame really look nice. Here I have Elmer's Glue and this is pretty neat for your fasteners. So your small fasteners that hold your plastics on, sit out your shroud bolts and things So you don't want to use Loctite on those just because that's a really small fastener and this Loctite's just overkill. But Elmer's Glue will do the trick and keep those from falling out, but they also won't lock them in there so tight that they should pull threads with them when they come. Here I have a toothbrush. So you can use that for anything from cleaning your chain, cleaning engine components, cleaning bearings, what not. Just your old toothbrush is good. Here I have a turkey baster. You can use this for a lot of fluid applications, but it's really handy when you're cleaning out brake fluid from the reservoir. So turkey baster, really handy for that. Also if you overfill, you can suck some fluid out with that. Here I have Folger's Cans or just any leftover can. It could be Folger's Cans or Cool Whip container or what not. But storing your old parts in these, if you have extras or nuts and bolts and stuff, you'll find tons of uses for old containers, especially if they have the lid still. And last thing for your two-stroke guys, I have some PAM. So if you just rebuilt your engine, guys It keeps things lubricated before things get worn in. And the nice thing of PAM, it keeps lubrication without being susceptible to the heat because it's built to stand up to heat. So PAM for that application. Alright, This week's edition of Ajax Tech Tip Videos. We'll see you next week.
