Timpoc Creamery started in 2012 and since that time we have been using our homemade recipes to make our very delicious and flavor robust ice cream and baked treats. The hiring challenges that we faced before adopting Workstream were vast. I think as most people know if they are in the service and restaurant industry the labor market has been very tough over the last five years or so and finding good talent is challenging. Before our process was really hard to oversee. All of the managers were responsible for their individual locations. They would get paper applications. It was really hard to see if we're getting the right paperwork, if we're getting the right quality applicants. We didn't have all the information in one place and so with Workstream now we have the ability to really see where the candidate is in our hiring process. We have all of the doc The first feature I love about Workstream is that we can customize the stages of our onboarding process. We're able to ask for t-shirt sizes or shoe sizes not the ordinary kind of application questions. Workstream has helped us in really being able to have much greater outreach to potential candidates. For me, Workstream has made my job a lot easier. I don't have to go to the store and look at paperwork all day. I can really easily go on my computer and see how many applicants we have. I can make sure that they have all the I-9, W-2. We are able to accelerate the hiring process which has really been key to our business so that we can focus elsewhere. I can also see where we're getting a majority of our applicants. If there's a channel that works a lot better, Workstream has meant for Tim Pot Creamery that we are able to hire the type of talent that is critical to making our business successful.
