Our goal is to create a warm and inviting place for our community to hang out and play games while they enjoy a nice cup of ice cream with egg waffles. What is an Egg Waffle? An egg waffle, also known as gai daan jai, is a popular Hong Kong street snack. It is made from a sweet, egg-based batter that is cooked in between a special mold on a hexagonal griddle. The egg waffles are crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside. The small ovals can be individually ripped apart for convenience, and they are best served hot.
