And Maloolabar Central Meeting Place really offers us an opportunity to be a welcome map to the world and invite people in to our culture and Not only for us but for people around the world that visit here. The design's been inspired by the sinuous lines that are found in nature and culture. Maloolabar foreshore is this threshold between land and sea that'sculpted by this relentless coastal process of waves coming and crashing over the topography of the beach. Another design inspiration that's come from our chats with Kerry Jones and the other Kabi people is that Maloolabar is a woman's place and so these sinuous lines that we find with the red-bellied black and the waves are also found in the idea of a feminine place or a woman's place which is Maloolabar. So the essence of our identity here on the Sunshine Coast is our deep connection with the ancient natural landscape and our primeval landforms. Now there's thousands of years of culture and stories and morality embedded in those landforms and I think that's what separates our region from all other regions.
