What's your name? Headeh. How long have you been working here? Yeah, 25 years. Actually about a year. I started 25 years ago, a couple weeks before Christmas. I do cookies, pastries, wedding cakes, all that fun stuff. I love the owners, but they're your friends too. Well, we started here 20 years ago in 1991. Me, my dad, and my brother. We just took off with the cakes and the grocery and the restaurant part. We kind of split up all the different work as much as we could. People ask us all the time, why don't you open another one? Another one, and I always say, because I'm here all the time already. I mean, that's been part of our success. We have six different ones we make from scratch. Mondays are vegetable, Tuesday is lentil, Wednesday chicken noodle, Thursday split pea, Fridays potato and Saturday is one of our most popular, it's a Swiss cheese soup. A lot of people come from all over to get that one.
