We create all of our goods daily from scratch, using local sources to the greatest extent practical. We produce a growing range of artisanal breads and pastries, including a variety of naturally leavened hearth breads, baguettes and other yeasted breads. PASTRIES: sweet and savory scones, muffins, cookies, quick breads, Danishes, croissants, and brioche. We now feature macarons, eclairs, chouquettes, gougeres, and mousse cakes -- look for more items coming to the pastry case soon. LUNCH: We offer a changing selection of sandwiches and salads. Just head on down to Rocket Baby Bakery on North Avenue in Wauwatosa. I t Rocket Baby Bakery meets Tosa's baked good needs that almost changed when COVID-19 reached the states. The president announced the national emergency we met on Monday for what was going to be a brief talk added to our meeting and it turned into a meeting where we decided to close down just a few days later. The entire state of Wisconsin closed and despite being considered an essential business owners We felt that we had to come back and we switched to online ordering. We revamped our schedule. We figured out how to give our employees spacing and time back with a limited menu. Rocket Baby Bakery still does not allow customers inside. Instead, they encouraged customers to enjoy the patio area next door. The city saw thankful for the community support. Rocket Baby Bakery is moving toward expanding options because of our constraints of online ordering. We're still trying to make sure that we're not just ordering. We had to put t I want to be able to sell individual goods and yet the community really responded with a lot of support and were selling out regularly and I'm really happy to be able to say now we can offer people walk up and you can walk up and get individual items and coffee and sandwiches were slowly just trying to rebuild to reach the needs of our customers.
