Seems Last time were just getting started. We signed a lease on t So it's been a lot different now. A lot of t We had a lot of hurdles in various stages. We're working hard on demolition and construction and we're full steam ahead in that regard. We are back on track. Building any business is tough. We've had our fair share of t We closed our loan. We got our brew system on order. They're building it for us right now. We've got our coffee roaster deposit in. We've got a lot of the big stuff ordered now w The most exciting part is the construction because we can start to see t So we've got most of our funding done. We've got one last little piece of funding and I think a lot of I'm hoping we're going to do a kickstarter to finish off our funding to get that last little bit that we need to finish off the space. And then we can start making coffee and beer for It's been a little bit frustrating, Roasting and making beer back here and serving it out there eventually is going to be amazing and we cannot wait to start that process. It's been, It's been kind of fun process. Especially these last couple of weeks when we got to get our hands dirty and start tearing stuff out and do some demolition. But yeah, let me show you a little bit about the space and what we've been doing. T Half of the floor here. So that's where the brewery is going to go down there. The brewery system is going to be down there. Coffee roaster is going to be up here. So w And then underneath the floor here, underneath me there, we're going to have our fermenters and all that good stuff. Almost. So what do you got to say? What do you got to say? It'so cold in here. So t We got a bathroom in here. Whoa, cool. Another bathroom in here. There's going to be a bar over here. There's going to be tables and chairs over here. There's going to be Simon and Rob right here. We're taking out t We're going to have garage doors, two big garage doors up front here. One on each side, new vestibule. They've been working on these floors, uncovering a really nice old maple floor underneath, we're going to keep that. Still a lot of work to be done, but. . . I can show you the world. S Over
