One of the main questions that we got today was how is the market and what is it doing right now? A lot of people feel that we're slowing down or in a sl It was just crazy and now it's actually just normalizing. So we are getting multiple bids on homes but it's not the frenzy that it was. So it's just normal. I would say that it's more normal and not that the market's flattening out. No and also houses under 450,000 are still moving. Portland is the smallest big city on the west coast so we're still growing. People are still moving here and they're still moving. And it's a great always a great time to sell in Portland, always a great time to buy. Rates are still historically low. They are climbing every quarter but still a good time to buy and a good time to sell. Let us know if we can help you at all. We're here to help. Another question that we got today was when I am thinking about selling or buying, what's my first move? If I want to buy a house, do I go out and find the house and then contact The first move is really find your realtor. Find a good realtor and they will set up showings. They will find the house realtor. We will guide you. The realtor will guide you through the process. A good realtor buffers you from all the pressures, all the drama from it, all the scary stuff overwhelming. A good realtor will guide you through the process and make it fun and simple. We enjoyable. We already have lenders in place that we know and that we use all the time. So we know how they work. We know what kind of programs that they have. We also have a toolbox is what we call it of different contractors and vendors that we use so that if you need to get your house prepped for market, we have those people in place reasonably priced.
