Music Before starting, Gastana is to consult and set up places for others. So one such project happened to be in Delhi and were eating out a lot. So that's when we decided let's try out making junk food healthy at home. So it started as a trial over there just for ourselves. But then when we came back to Bombay we saw the potential of serving healthy food and that's how Gastana came about. Music Well I've grown up with animals and I studied my hotel management in Australia. So wherever I would go out I would see people getting their pets and all. And I've always been a pet person like So even before I had my own pets when I came back I was very sure that if I'm going to have a place it's going to be pet friendly. Music He is a six year old man who I adopted And basically he was supposed to be my guest for one month so he adopted me. I didn't let him go back. Yeah I do have a family who can't have pets but they call every Sunday and if my dog Zeezu is not here they refuse to come to eat here. So burgers obviously everyone thought it's not healthy and we created mayonnaise which we knew that we will not feel guilty having even if we have to have it every day with egg white or olive oil. So there's a lot of thought went and like But here we've got great feedback and that what keeps us going is the people who keep coming back to us. Music I made a lot of good friends thanks to Gastana and the vibe over here is also as such We have strangers sitting on these tables and then they become friends and they keep coming back here. I've made three very close friends over there and I'm working with them and with all these musicians and all coming my network with them has got me Kala Gora Festival which I'll start my fourth year as a music curator. So the journey has been very rich for me in terms of getting to know people from all fields or I mean all creative fields. It is not easy at all first I mean till you're not established forget the social life. There's a lot of hard work and a lot of commitment you've got to give and it doesn't end there it's just you hard work continues right till the end. Yes so recently we had this model who came back from England after three years and he used to be a regular before that and he was That's one of my favourites.
