Just for a second, all the groups you are connected with, both personally and professionally, it could be work, family, church, community, fun, really any group you're part of, actually, to gain the most benefit from this video, pause it right now and write down all the groups you are part of. No seriously, pause it and start writing down now. Did you pause the video and actually write down every group you're connected with? Come on, let's do it now! Alright now, review over all that list and circle any groups you believe may be the chemistry of the group may not be as good as it could be. So how many of the groups that you're part of could use some help with their chemistry? The chemistry of any group of people consists of the frequency of each member of that group. What's tricky is every time someone joins or leaves that group, the frequency changes and that can be good or bad. What's your frequency and what is the frequency of those around us? Which frequency would you say best fits you? What we mean by that, if a group has one of the four frequencies, which group would you tend to be drawn to? Is it level one frequency where we just need a little hope and encouragement or maybe you just need a hug? Or maybe we feel we just don't know what to do or maybe we just need more knowledge or instruction which would be a level two frequency.
