The 1872 name actually is the year that Susan B. Anthony voted. And the history of it, For anyone that wants to look up on our walls and throughout our building, the 19th Amendment was ratified after that. So it was really all about changing the voting and the place of women in society. I went to Edison right here in the city of Rochester, grew up right in the city in the Lyle area, moved to California to go to college and stayed out there quite a long time, owned an off-supply business out there. And, My wife and I were looking for a business that were interested in and we found a lot of opportunities that were out there and when we saw this available, we felt that it was a great opportunity for us, obviously living local. We felt that it was of good interest for the city and the revitalization of what'standing for downtown. We get customers that come in all the time. They'll go to the Susan B. Anthony house, they'll be in the area, people visiting, especially when they come from other areas. They will really be intrigued and go outside and see the voters box outside and look around the building and take photos all the time. They ask if they can post it and we say sure. So it's very exciting and very fulfilling. A lot of new businesses moving to the area, they have a half hour for lunch, we want to get them what they need. So we're on, We love doing business in Rochester. My wife and I chose to come back here for our children and for our family and we see that in people that come here, the working people that come in the morning to grab coffee. We talk to them, we feel the same way as they do. It's great here bringing up family. As far as business here in Rochester, I would not do a business anywhere else any longer. I've been there and done that elsewhere. It's a challenge no matter where. It's a lot of work but we feel that Rochester is a great place for us and a great building block for where we're going in the future.
