Opened by Judy Kraemer in 1992, Kraemers Koffee is now run by Judy's son, Jake Herbert and his wife Vanessa. Jake and Vanessa's passion is this quaint little coffee shop. Their customers are their family. This is truly a family owned establishment as you will frequently see their kids with them. Come in and enjoy this welcoming atmosphere! And I'm Vanessa. Welcome to Cramer's Coffee. We sat down together and just put a list together of what we thought we could do and should do and anything to keep people safe and comfortable and to just stay open. When everything happened we decided that we had to make changes to accommodate the new situations at hand. And what I did was go through our credit card processing system and we created a website. And were able to do online ordering on that website. We wanted to do something completely contactless. People can order online, pay online and call us when they get here and we'll run it out to their cars. Definitely keep the online ordering going. I think that it has really helped our business. Helped us grow. It's easier for people that maybe have kids in the car and they don't want to get out or they're in a hurry and they want their order ahead of time. They order in 15 minutes when they leave their house and it's ready when they get here. I feel It's creative. Yeah. It worked out. So I mean obviously the safety of our customers is very important to us. We have plenty of seating outside for them that they can come and they can enjoy their meal with each other and fellowship. Without them we really don't exist and their support has been so amazing that we just can't say enough. From the bottom of our heart we really want to say thank you. I just love Riverside and I'm so thankful to be a part of this city and to feed our city and cabinet them.
