Espresso A Mano

This is espresso a mano. At first it was just Matt as the owner. So it was just him kind of Then he hired Yeah, we're usually pretty busy these days, but we try to keep it personal. Right now I'making the street level from Verve Roasters, which is out of Santa Cruz, and a Costa Rican coffee roasted by Kova, which is a Portland roaster. We also carry counterculture. We carry a lot of counterculture and 40 weight roasters, which is out of Ithaca, New York. Well, we pull rostretto shots only doubles. So usually, We always try to have one blend. This will be the one that goes with milk because it's a heavier espresso. So right now it's the street level. This one is always going to be lighter and is going to be meant for drinking by itself because The Mithos branders are awesome. As far as dialing in, it's really easy to adjust or So that's really sweet. The only thing is Sometimes people think 89 seconds is the same But if it's 5 grams when you're And the strata we just got It'so But you can So that's really cool. You can change the steam on pressure. You can change the temperature on the water. So it's kind of It sounds So it kind of makes sense. A couple of new shops have just opened within the past year that are really great. There's Constellation Coffee and 4121 Main. Those are pretty new shops and I would say
