The café not only has been designed to serve the City of Peabody, the neighbors and local businesses, but also provides employment training and education to people with disabilities who have an interest in exploring a career within the food service industry. Welcome to Breaking Grounds. Breaking Grounds has been open for almost two years now since last fall. We're owned and operated by the Northeast Arc. We're an employment training site for young adults with disabilities who are hoping to enter either customer service or food service. What can I get for Ice coffee. Ice coffee? Sure thing. Small or large? We got it. We're one of many training programs offered by the Northeast Arc. So the restaurant we deal is two sandwiches and those come with chips and a pickle, two cookies and then your choice of a latte, hotter colds. We have five different sandwiches. All of our sandwiches are made fresh to order. We have a bunch of different pastries. Most popular is a heckler. It's a cinnamon roll with a maple glaze. The artwork changes every six to eight weeks. We do live music on Friday nights and open mic on Saturday nights. We really Come on down to Breaking Grounds. We're at 67 Main Street in Pugetty and we're right across from the library.
