So people line up early to get our bread and typically we are sold out by 1 p. m. So it's kind of I am the bread manager of Tartine Bakery and we are known for our sourdough bread in San Francisco, California I think our product is very unique and one-of-a-kind and when you bite into it I think that you'll see for yourself our flavors are dynamic and complicated and Still simple all at once. It's only three ingredients flour salt and water and I think that's kind of magical The gold belly kit comes with two of our country loaves. That's probably what we're best known for it has our signature flour stripe We like to bake nice Blistery dark loaves with a nice custardy creamy inside open cr We It's not mass produced It's a small team of people who are putting their love and hard work into each and every loaf That's hard to get in a grocery store aisle We want you to be able to enjoy this loaf for days and it has that lasting power as long as it'stored properly When you get your tarteen loaf the best way to keep it fresh is to either store it in a muslin bag or You can store it in a paper bag lightly covered with a plastic bag that don't seal it That's gonna create a soggy crust at room temperature just in a muslin bag or paper bag It's going to last for about two days after that. We recommend slicing and freezing This makes it super easy to just grab a slice from your freezer pop it in the toaster or oven and have your slice of toast in the morning You can use this loaf for basically anything. It's great for sandwiches It's great for tarteen and if you've left it out a little too long You can definitely make it into croutons and make grilled cheese at home on our bread It's quick.
