Timeless Coffee

My name is RJ Lime Peter. We're at Timeless Coffee here in Oakland, California. I started this back in December of 2012 with myself, Violet Sloc This is our first location on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland. The name comes from the timeless tradition of drinking coffee. My favorite part about coffee shops was always that there were all ages. Every type of person would come in and it was I had always saw a lack of obviously vegan food in coffee shops and had a desire to want to open my own shop. Violet's creations have been pretty awesome. We have anything from 10 to 20 different kinds of cakes that rotate through the year. Our cheesecakes are extremely popular. I have our savory items We have sausage rolls, calzones. I feel I kind of wanted a different approach that our food is good and it's good no matter if it has a label on it and we found that more people were taken back by the word vegan or if it had that in front of it they wouldn'try it. So we just kind of wanted to come across on a level of don't put the word in front of it. It is just a scone. It is just a blueberry Danish or a slice of cake and we found that the reaction has been phenomenal and that you can win people over by just being a compassionate company but also at the same time really good service.
