Established in 2003, One on One Bicycle Studio is the premier bicycle coffee bar in the Twin Cities. Set in the Minneapolis Warehouse District, our goal is to bring together our passions in one creative space.
At One on One Bikes + Coffee + Stuff, our focus is one on one service; from custom bicycle builds to hand-pulled espresso shots. We also want our customers to love riding as much as we do. Our goal is to fit each customer with the bike that suits their specific needs, whether you're rediscovering cycling or trying it for the first time. We offer a select variety of independent bicycle brands in addition to our mainstays. Our basement junkyard is a treasure trove of used bicycles and frames, hard to find parts and used inexpensive replacements parts. Throughout the years, we have played host to ARTCRANK, cycling events, alley parties, art shows, messenger races, media forums and general debauchery.
So here we are at one-on-one in Minneapolis. This is the dungeon downstairs, the bike junkyard. You can basically just pick whatever you want. It's kind of dark, but you got fenders, you got felt BMX bikes, you got cruiser bikes, you got everything you could ever want. A thousand crank arms, handlebars, you got forks, you got tires, stems, chain rings. I mean everything! Arrow bars, and it just goes on. You build up your bike however you want, and I haven't been cleared yet, but I'm guessing they give you a little price and you buy it. Sip a cup of coffee and be on your way. Super cool stuff here at one-on-one.
