Northern Coffeeworks

Imagine if you will, sitting down to your morning coffee, turning on your home computer to read the day's newspaper. Well, it's not as far-fetched as it may seem. In fact, both local San Francisco papers are investing a lot of money to try and get to service just Science editor Steve Newman reports one person already using the brand new system. So it's art fair this weekend, but my iPad keyboard stopped working, so I'm going to fight art fair traffic to get to the Apple Store to get my keyboard fixed. Alright, so Apple is going to order me a new keyboard. Nice and easy. I get it. Things break. Their customer service is always pretty good. So new keyboard from Apple coming in a couple days from my iPad. They're going to give me a call when it gets in. Now we're headed to go home to dress up. We are going to our good friend Ty and Rachel's wedding in the middle of nowhere, it seems So we're going to drive. Oh! We both hate leaving the city. This is awful. There's traffic. We have to drive. They grow corn on the side of the roads. So weird. Glad to be back to the city. Alright, I headed downtown this morning before I head to uptown for art fair, meeting Jordan and maybe Scott this morning at a new coffee shop. It's called Northern Coffee Works. Opened a couple of weeks ago and I'm super excited to give it a shot. So let's go check it out. Music playing. I really enjoyed Northern Coffee Works. It'super expensive but it was very good. Meanwhile across town, in this less than fashionable cubby hall at the San Francisco Examiner, these editors are programming today's copy of the paper into that same Ohio computer machine. When the telephone connection between these two terminals is made, the newest form of electronic journalism lights up Mr. Howell's future.
