It all began with a love of good coffee and avocado on a toast. Threefold Cafe is an Australian style restaurant that serves for us to prepare specialty coffee. A lot of our coffee is single origin coffees that we source directly from certain farms. It's light roasted to try to highlight the flavor profile of the different coffees that we use. We're probably most well known for our avocado toast, which is kind of an Aussie cafe staple.
