This is your old pal Piscotti with his very first dog friendly restaurant review. Viewers, if you haven't done already, please click I discovered this hidden gem about five years ago over a business lunch. The food was so great I couldn't wait to come back. Now it's become our favorite place to come for brunch. The name for Patelli means brothers in Italian. This local hangout is actually a fun casual upscale cafe that serves breakfast all day. The true standout dishes for us are the bacon hash and the popular chili killings. A truly decadent option is their signature dish, the croissant French toast, which is so good you've got to give it a try. With indoor and outdoor seating, dogs are welcome, with a helpful staff ready to give your pooch some fresh water. Pratelli's located in the heart of Melrose, just two blocks west of La Brea. Street parking is easy to find and while they don'take reservations, you can access their wait list on a Yelp mobile app. You simply put your name and phone n The menu can be scanned with a QR code and when you'ready to order, you go to the cashier and we'll hand you a n How cool is that? Super efficient. The cafe serves alcohol, including the ever popular mimosa, free weekend brunch. Be sure to get there before they close between 2 and 3 p. m. Pratelli's offers full vegan and vegetarian substitutions, dairy free and gluten free options, outdoor seating and a general, neutral restaurant. If you'ready to go, you gotta go.
