This is a turboshef oven. We use it at all of our dry-thru and cafe locations to heat most of our food items such as our burritos, breakfast sandwiches, pastries and bagels. What's nice about these ovens is that they use both a microwave and a convection oven cooking technique which allows us to serve a great tasting product that is cooked evenly through and comes out with that nice toasty, fresh from the oven taste and appearance. The turboshef also allows us to heat our food products in a shorter amount of time just over a minute or less which means you get that great quality along with convenience service.
