Well, my name is Jennifer Love-Walter and I am the co-owner of M. A. 's Love. We have seen a growing need in the population for gluten-free products and we wanted to avoid any cross-contamination. Therefore, everything in our bakery is 100% gluten-free. Nothing that contains true gluten-containing flowers will even be entering into our building so that the individuals with a true celiac disease can truly come in and enjoy our goodies. We hope to grow into breads in the future, but right now we have just focused on the desserts as that was our passion and we think that we've made some pretty good recipes. Our grand opening will be this Friday, March 28th from 7 a. m. until 7 p. m.
