For coffee, there's a lot of people involved. In some sake, it's more of So I'm Poy Banag, one of the owners of Solid Young Coffee. Solid Young Coffee started March 2021. So it started with a small pop-up cafe right in front of my Lola's house, where we are right now. So this house is built in 1947. So it's one of the first houses here in Publisher, before it became Publisher. It's a typical Chinese house. So the second floor is a residential house in the Nolo's negotiation. So this used to be his office, it became storage for a while. Then when I came back from Singapore, we said we have an empty space, a stock room with that. I really wanted to do something about it. So it became a coffee shop. So basically we are an espresso bar, and we are a specialty coffee shop, so we serve specialty graded beans. But we wanted to focus on more of sharing what is Filipino coffee. Here in our shop, my favorite is Sampiro. Sampiro is actually the name of Publisher before it was, everybody's calling it Publisher. So Makati used to be San Pedro de Makati, wherein people kind of bastardized it to Sampiro. So as an ode to our neighborhood, we created a drink that is an espresso with cinnamon-infused oat milk in it. So it's
