After 32 years of being in the computer industry, I decided I wanted to do something a little more fun and get back to being a name versus a n I spent a lot of time in coffee shops and I thought this would be the perfect mix for me. I got a heart and soul into what we have here. We find that people hear about us and we don't quite know how, but they come in. I was googling, looking for someplace near to me that had healthy food and actually I could walk here in Here it's different from When you come in here, they know your name. It's kind of 99% of the people who come in here who we consider to be regulars, we have a relationship with those customers. The fact that they come here makes us actually enjoy what we do even better. I mean, Debra is really pleasant. So of course, just her tra I don't just stand back here. If I'm not busy, I'm out sitting down with the customer, talking to that customer. I absolutely love the friendships that I built from here and they're not just customers to me. I want them to think of a place to come sit back, relax and enjoy the vibe and simply hang out. So if we give them quality and service, that quantity is eventually going to come.
