It's a really funny story. I had Jen Toler and Tony Shea approach me. They've been coming to my other cafe, Sunrise Coffee for years, and there's a lot of conversation about what Tony wanted, particularly in Ferguson's, because Ferguson's is his backyard. I've had pozole in Mexico City, and it's by far my favorite outside Mexico City. I love the high-low culture. I love how when we think about the word inclusivity and community, it really brings back sort of the grittiness of what community means.
