Begin by setting your uprights, cover panels, trusses and art screen off to the side. Place the front and back line carts 40 inches from one another. To begin installation, bolt each upright to the cart base. Then install the rear art screen. Once the uprights are installed, begin installing the Halo Canopy system by bolting the left and right trusses to the uprights. Once this is complete, bolt your front, back and middle trusses. Once the Halo Canopy is installed, connect each plug to its corresponding receptacle. Lastly, route the relock up into the canopy, through the truss, and down into the cabinet to power your front cart. Now you can begin installing your cover panels for the Halo Canopy. Once this is complete, install the upright cover panels, making sure the cover panels with the menu brackets are on the front cart. Pivot menus require no hardware to mount, simply hang it on the bracket. The typical install time for this car cafe is an hour and a half.
