Our goal is to bring a different type of eatery to our community. We want to bring back what we used to do in the old days where were eating fresh beans and fresh beans. Hi, I'm Chef Sharon. I'm the owner of the Blue Tree Cafe. We're a plant-based vegan restaurant right here in the Fort Lauderdale in the historical Cistron area. We don't put a lot of salt. So we're going to let the season and do its thing. That's how we're going to do that. That's our goal is to incorporate more plant-based healthy eating options for our community here in Cistron. Does it smell good? Mmmhmmm. I was able to get grants. I was able to be introduced to marketing plans. I do encourage other black businesses here to look into joining the Broward County Black Chambers of Commerce.
