The covpul has traveled to coffee farms to learn the culture and the history of the beans they bag. Education is a big part of what we do. We'll spend a lot of time just telling people about the different coffee origins, how to brew coffee, how to grind, the proper temperatures and so forth. They seem to appreciate that. Peru, Ethiopia, Brazil, Colombia. Some of the countries their specialty coffee comes from. Do Think of it All the beans on the planet get graded each year on a scale of 1 to 100. And they have to score 80 or higher to reach that coveted specialty grade category. That's always sale. Mike and Pam joke, their place is for coffee snobs. It's also a great place to get a quick and personal gift. During Christmas it's not uncommon for people to come in and buy 10 bags of coffee bagged up the way you see them right there. It's a nice personal touch to give someone some coffee of a person that A couple using coffee as a retirement journey. Mike left the cockpit.
