I started learning about coffee and how it was grown and roasted and all this stuff. I was so excited about it, I was And so I started doing it around the house, just ordering green beans online and roasting That's how a lot of people get into it. And you never have enough, so you need to buy a bigger piece of equipment. So one thing later than the next, next thing I know I've got a large shop roaster and nowhere to go with it. So I did that for about four years out of the house. And then about nine months ago I moved into this building here on Cherry Street and I've been growing the business steadily ever since. The customer that I picked up was Greatings. Just showed them what I was doing and they loved the coffee and loved the story. And I did a special blind for And so that was my first real wholesale account since then. I've added several others and looking for that same type of small local craft food really into the products and the ingredients and not just into an image or something But really into the food itself. Those are great customers that really see what I'm doing and the product and they know that's what they want. And it's just they just say, hey, come on in and do it. And that's what I'm looking for. That was, Me thinking that the community, the neighborhood, my customer supports a lot of people put a lot of passion into this business of mine and they don't get compensated for it. They're just doing it because they love what I do. They love sharing and they love helping out. And I want to try to get back and For some reason around coffee, it's a great subject. It's a great product that brings people together in so many ways. Well, I think there's a tendency to automate, And to me, it's all about people. I mean, people are how this whole thing works and getting to know people on a personal level and connecting with them and doing things simply by hand, I'm just turning on this, I mean, that's not what we're doing here. I'm not really looking for consistency. I'm looking for that special place where somebody can taste my passion for coffee, And maybe it's a little tweaked the next time and a little better and always looking for that perfect roast and that perfect coffee.
