Good coffee. A place to gather.
I'm in Grand Rapids, Michigan today and I'm at Lantern Coffee Bar and Lounge. So my sister and her family actually live here in Grand Rapids so I visit pretty often and I love trying out new cafes and restaurants. In the last 15 years or so the food scene and coffee culture has blown up in Grand Rapids so I love checking out new places and seeing what they're doing to stay ahead. Today I'm gonna do a quick interview with John who is the general manager at Lantern and I'm also going to do a drink for my coffee bar takeover, the Dulce de la Chilate. John immediately recommended it to me when we're emailing about the takeover so I know it's going to be delicious. Thank you to Lantern for inviting me in to do this takeover. Let's do it!
