Liberty Espresso

My name is Caroline and I'm the owner of Liberty Espresso. I bought it a little over three years ago. I've been a barista for almost 12 years now. I've always wanted my own little shop, so when the option came up for me to buy the one that I've worked at for so many years, it just fell right into my lap and it was just the perfect timing. Most of our product is all local stuff. We really believe in that idea. Our pastries, we have locally roasted coffee. We have a lot of customers bring up stuff about delivery and mobile ordering even, but the problem was that the options we had for those things just dug into our profits so much. When you're just making these tiny little orders, which aren't a lot of money, once they want to skim off half of your profit, then it's not really worth it. So when we heard of my coffee helper and how it doesn'take any of our profits away, I really wanted to learn more about it. And just yesterday when I had a huge rush of six cars, we had a mobile order put in and they just were able to pull right up, get their stuff because I had already had it made. And then I had someone right on the other side be They're So it's really cool to see it happen and watch other customers experience it. It'so much harder for little local businesses So when my coffee helper came in, this was just such a perfect chance for us to hop on board with the mobile ordering things because, I still believe in keeping things as local as possible. I mean, that's what were founded on. I mean, when people buy coffee here, it's you're helping my little family grow. You're helping our few employees who work here.
