Hello! Welcome to Cooking with the Cajun. Today we're going to talk about some sourdough bread. So stay tuned, we'll be right back. Today we're going to talk about some sourdough bread from Ned Love's Breadworks. Look at this cheddar pepper sourdough bread with a cheesy and spicy twist. It was fermented for about 18 hours and layered with a cheddar cheese and a fresh ground black peppercorn. It's amazing. This loaf of bread is just full of flavor. In the top it off I added some chocolate sauce. Oh gosh it was good. Look at the video, check it out for yourself and go get yourself some. So we're going to cut us a piece of this sourdough bread. Then we're going to put some chocolate sauce on it. So let'see. We're going to cut right here first. We've got our salrated edge knife. The salrated edge knife allows us to cut bread and it keeps it from squishing and If you use a regular knife it just no way it'll cut through this bread. I'm going to walk and smell it. Look at this bread. Look how nice that looks. Well is that not y There's cheese inside the bread. Wow. Look at that. Look how good that looks. Well I can't wait to get some. So now we've got the bread cut. We're going to get some of this chocolate sauce here. I don't know if y'all could see that. Southern spooning chocolate sauce. The ingredients is sugar, evaporated milk, butter, green and salt, cocoa and sea salt. Look at that. Look how good that looks. I'm going to put some on the bread. Look how good that looks. Look at that chocolate sauce. How good it looks. Y We're going to bite into this right now. Let's y'all know how it tastes. Well that's good. That's real good. Wow. We're going to sit back. We're going to eat some sourdough bread with some chocolate sauce. Go finish working. We'll take a lunch break, get a little snack, make a video. Wow. This is good.
