Well, I'm a Chapel Hill native and it's great to be able to be in business back here in my hometown but also with a local institution. I started in Durham four years ago. It's one of the founding tenets of Rise from the founder, Tom Ferguson, is that everyone needs to be treated with love and respect. And the first people that deserve that from us every day are our employees or the people that we work with. They don't work for us per se. As a person that owns this franchise, I want my employees to be able to fully participate in the community that they live in. So the Living Lange is a benchmark about how they can do that.
