Alright, so let's make an Ethiopian Cortado. We're using our natural processed Ethiopian coffee. It's a very tasty coffee. It's got some nice natural blueberry notes in it. The cherry actually from the coffee bean itself is left on during processing. So if they leave the cherry on it and they let it just dry with it, it gets a very nice fruity flavor and that's what they did with this Ethiopian. Make sure weigh it to the sweet spot because we don't want to over extract our coffee. I'm just going to steam up some milk here and make a nice little Cortado.
