Dragonfly Coffee Roasters

I'm gonna do another coffee review for I guess this is gonna be the first one first part of our series. We're gonna do a bunch of different coffee reviews and the first one we're gonna try out here is Dragonfly coffee roasters out of Colorado. They have won the 2019 Roaster of the Year award and this is their Panama, Elda estate and their notes description is pineapples, blueberries, and chocolates, medi So we made a cappuccino here, six ounces of whole milk. This is my preferred brewing method because the I just I don't know it tastes great as a cappuccino. The blueberries and the pineapple notes really do come out. The notes on the bean itself are pineapple and blueberry. It's pretty odd that it smells It's a single origin straight from their farm there. Delicious, absolutely delicious. The aroma, still notes of pineapple and blueberry. I'm sure brewing this in a convex as well would absolutely be delicious. Their bag doesn't really have any other information on it. Fun fact about Panama though it's grown on top of the mountains there on top of volcano and this is a really limited-edition farm so the crop is very specific and specialized so guys I would 2 rating out of 10. Not exactly sure what their Q cup ratings are on this bean specifically but it is absolutely phenomenal. In my book I would definitely recommend it to pretty much anyone that's interested in specialty coffee.
