I started in the tea and coffee business when I was in high school. I started going to coffee shops all the time and it was while I was in college that I found myself at this tea house all the time drinking all sorts of different loose teas at that point which were very new to me and I figured at that point I wanted to create the kind of lifestyle that existed in the coffee shop industry that I grew up with using teas and making tea fun, dropping the pretentious nature of it and making it something that is really approachable for all sorts of ages. We focus on tea and we focus on the artisan approach to it in which case however you want your tea we make all of our drinks of order in which we call it your perfect cup and that can be however you There's all the different ways that you can approach tea and that way we've embraced everyone from 13 years old up until 60. We wanted to make sure that we opened up the avenues for all different ways that you can sip and what you're sipping. So while Pico represents tea and the size of the tea leaf a sip house allows for all the other things that would accompany that such as a coffee.
